Clayton Rollison
CHEF CLAYTON ROLLISON
Clayton was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has worked in top kitchens across the country, including Gramercy Tavern in New York City, Nashville's Hermitage Hotel, and Merchants restaurant. Rollison opened Lucky Rooster on Hilton Head in 2013, followed by Lucky Rooster Market Street. He has been written up in the New York Times, Garden and Gun, Southern Living, and NBC News for his creativity with food and cocktails. He was recognized as one of South's Greatest Chef's by South Magazine. When Chef is not busy in the kitchen, he's spending time with his two children Graydn and Wyatt. Rollison is also on the Board of Directors for the David M. Carmines Foundation, which hosts the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival each year, which benefits Beaufort County charities and schools.
