The Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival is proud to invite chefs from across the country to join us for our 19th year of celebrating Lowcountry cuisine, culture, and hospitality. Below is a full overview of opportunities and participation details for 2026.
No festival rolls out the welcome mat quite like ours.
Complimentary Hotel Room at the Omni Hilton Head Island for chefs participating in Thursday + Friday events. Additional rooms for sous chefs, team members, or PR representatives available at a discounted exhibitor rate at both the Omni Hilton Head Island and The Beach House Oceanfront Resort.
We promote each participating chef across the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival’s marketing channels:
• Festival website feature (headshot, bio, and photos required).
• Social media promotion (Facebook & Instagram, strong organic following).
• Optional video invitations or custom social collaborations encouraged.
• Please provide preferred social media handles and tags.

Friday, February 27, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM
• Attendance: ~1,000 guests.
• Protein & seafood-forward dishes (live fire encouraged).
• Tasting portions: 3–4 oz. (festival provides disposables).
• Market Basket Credit: $450.
Saturday Seafood Festival (Main Event)

Saturday, February 28, 2026 | 1:00–5:00 PM
• Attendance: ~5,000–6,000 guests.
• Selling event: chefs set their own menu pricing and portion sizes.
• Priority placement is given to chefs who participate in Friday night’s event.
• Chefs provide their own product and disposables.
